Bessemer City DL Emanuel Ruffin has committed to Colorado head coach Dion Sanders. The 6-foot-5, 290-pound defensive lineman has come into Alabama and snatched one of the best defensive linemen in Alabama. 

Ruffin is just coming off a visit to Colorado and liked what he saw in the Buffaloes. "The people there, the way they coach, feel like home," said Purple Tigers DL Ruffin. "The environment was like no other; everything felt like a big family, and they made me feel at home. The culture is rich, and it is something I want to be a part of. Warren Sapp is a straightforward guy, very detail-oriented, and wants the best out of his players. He has a lot of experience playing the position and coaches hard. I'm excited to be a part of the journey and eager to be coached by the Hall of Famer. Coach Prime was really straightforward and one of the realest coaches I met."
